Return & Refund Policy

At 25 Oaks Creatives LLP, we specialise in personalised stationery, bespoke invitations, and curated home décor & gifting products — each piece thoughtfully crafted with creativity and care. Due to the custom nature of many of our offerings, our return policy is tailored to respect the uniqueness of each order.


Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy on non-personalised products only. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible: The item must be in its original condition — unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned, including monogrammed items, bespoke stationery, custom invites, and made-to-order décor.

We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions upon approval. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not accept Cash on Delivery for any personalised or made-to-order items. These must be prepaid to ensure smooth production and delivery.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your item arrives damaged
  • There is a defect

We’ll assess the issue and arrange for a resolution.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalised/custom items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To swap an eligible item, return it and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
