Where We Ship
We currently ship all across India.
For our global patrons, international shipping is available to select destinations. Drop us a note at hello@25oakscreatives.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Processing & Dispatch Time
Each order is hand-prepared with precision.
- Standard Processing Time: 4–6 business days
- Custom/Bulk Orders: Longer timelines may apply. We'll inform you at checkout or via email.
Express Shipping
- Available on ready-to-ship items only
- Not applicable for made-to-order or custom pieces
- Additional charges will apply at checkout
Delivery Partners
We ship using Shiprocket’s trusted logistics network, ensuring timely and secure delivery across India and abroad.
Shipping Charges
- India: Shipping rates are weight and destination based. For select products, a flat shipping fee may apply.
- Free Shipping within India on orders above ₹2,500. Orders below ₹2,500 will be charged a standard rate of Rs. 250/- for shipping.
- International: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Cash on Delivery
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We accept secure online payments only.
Delays, Damages, or Lost Shipments
We strive to ensure that every parcel arrives in perfect condition and on time. However, if your order is delayed, damaged in transit, or lost:
- Please contact us at hello@25oakscreatives.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
- Attach photos of any damaged packaging/products if applicable.
- We’ll work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue swiftly — through replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
